We are thrilled to share with you Oregon MESA’s 2024 Annual Report. As we reflect on the 2023-2024 school year, we want to celebrate the achievements of the MESA community in advancing equity, innovation, and environmental stewardship. Through the second phase of our Climate Action Pathway, students partnered with local organizations to tackle environmental challenges, showcasing the power of STEM in building a sustainable future. This year also saw MESA expand its reach to more students across Oregon. This report highlights our focus on climate action and sustainability, and celebrates the people like you who made our impact possible.
Along with the Annual Report, we are also excited to share a special film that brings our mission to life. Follow Oregon MESA students Abu and Melissa as they share their journeys in the MESA program. The film also features special cameos from a notable alumna and our founding director, as well as a glimpse into the most exciting MESA event of the year, and finally insight from a passionate board member about the importance of bringing equity and representation to STEAM fields.
